Agata Mathiasen

Leadership & Career Coach, Intercultural Facilitator, Organisational & Management Consultant, Psychologist with more than 15 years of professional experience


I founded PERSONA to find the best development solutions for clients by sharing my global experience and broad knowledge about organisational and people development gained by overseeing business operations in diverse geographical and cultural settings.

I specialize in providing development solutions for organisations, teams and individuals and take the lead on initiatives to enhance leadership, competence and organisational development to ensure optimal organisational performance aligned to strategic needs. 

I address clients’ business needs associated with working globally and provide customized training programs and coaching to prepare individuals, teams and organisations to successfully navigate the global business environment.

I have an exceptional drive, initiative and knowledge within my field, but my most important asset is my ability to build relationships and to drive the business forward. I create results with and through people.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, and I am certified Coach and Management Trainer.
